The NANN Exhibit Hall "Opening Celebration" and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony serves as the opening ceremony for the exhibit hall and welcomes attendees to NANN! Attendees and exhibitors will come together to connect, learn, network, and celebrate their professions. Attendees will enjoy food and beverages, and the chance to explore the industry booths in the exhibit hall!

This session will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm immediately following the Opening Keynote session. Attendees will be served lunch in the exhibit hall during this time.

NANN After Dark is a "must-attend" event for everyone at conference! The event provides attendees and exhibitors a chance to unwind, and connect with their peers and colleagues in a relaxed environment. Each year has a different theme and activities, but the excitement remains unchanged!

Promote your organization's thought leadership by hosting your own 1-hour educational session at the NANN Annual Conference! All Corporate Symposia are held onsite at NANN and do not compete with any other educational programming. 

Sponsorship Includes:

• Dedicated eblast promoting the session to registered NANN attendees, members, or both (must be registered for NANN conference to attend)

Looking for a way to promote education, a product release, or case study? Engage your target audience through a 15 or 30-minute presentation in the NANN Learning Center! These "bite-sized" presentations are highly anticipated by the nurses and give your organization an easy way to grab attention.

NEW for 2026: Learning Center sponsors will also have the opportunity to brand a panel on the outside of the Learning Center (included in sponsorship fee). To take advantage of this branding opportunity, print-ready graphic files must be received no later than August 10, 2026.

Timeslots will be held during exhibit hall hours and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to change. Limit 2 timeslots per organization.

Each Learn­ing Center presentation will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for 125 (plus standing room). Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance to the Learning Center and in the conference mobile app.

15-minute presentations - $4,000 each

Looking for a way to promote education, hot topic, or case study? Submit a proposal to be interviewed in the NEW NANNcast "Tiny Talks" podcast booth at NANN 2026!

These "bite-sized" recording sessions will be visible to attendees through a plexi-glass viewing area outside of the recording booth and will be shared to NANN's podcast (NANNcast) on all podcast streaming platforms. All sessions will be recorded onsite at NANN 2026 and may vary in length.
